Pros and Cons of working next to the Empire State Building

Pros:
Easy to find
7 Starbucks in a 4 block radius
Restaurants, fast food, take out, and food carts galore

Cons:
Tourists everywhere
Traffic and sidewalk congestion
The occasional swat team fully armed outside the building
